You don't need to be on the Croisette to enjoy some good food this Cannes. We've got a plan.

Press play and cook along with our wonderful Cannes based chef, Thais de Melo, we are sure many of you have experienced her wonderful cooking on our terrace in Cannes. 

Thais will be showing you how to make delicious Olive Bread, Coconut Kisses and Capirinhas for you and your loved ones. Here are a list of ingredients you will need and how to make each dish:


Thais famous Olive Bread 🥖🥖🥖

For the Olive Bread 🥖🥖🥖 (mould 24cm):

At least 150g flour
Baking powder (at least 10g)
3 eggs
10 cl oil (half olive, half rapeseed or similar)
140ml milk
Feta cheese
Greek-style black olives
5 candied tomato petals (optional)
2 tablespoons of pine kernels
A hint of chilli pepper
1 teaspoon of herbes de Provence
Preheat your oven to 180C

For the Coconut Kisses 🥥

For the Coconut Kisses 🥥

Condensed milk (1 tin) 
Desiccated coconut (and fresh if available) 
Cinnamon powder (a hint) 
Star anis 1 or 2
Cloves (a handfull - let’s say 40) 
Butter (tea spoon)

FRUITY Capirinhas 🍹

For the Capirinhas 🍹: 
Cachaça (at least - 100ml)
4 limes
4 strawberries or 4 lychees
brown sugar -2 teaspoons
6 ice cubes
