The Paul Cox Collection
One of the most important filmmakers to come out of Australia, Paul Cox is an iconoclastic, award-winning auteur who likes to tell stories that deal with love, faith, beauty or mortality. His sensitive and wry films reflect on the human condition. This collection comprises 13 features including his first, MY FIRST WIFE (1984), the bittersweet romance CACTUS (1986) , starring Isabelle Huppert, and the transcendent INNOCENCE (2000) about falling in love late in life. Documentaries include NIJINSKY: THE DIARIES OF VASLAV NIJINSKY (2001), on the legendary dancer, and the acclaimed VINCENT: THE LIFE AND DEATH OF VINCENT VAN GOGH (1987).
